learning curve!

I spent the weekend attending a homeschooler’s convention in Naperville.  Talk about info overload!  But I’m inspired and ready to go…in about 3 months.  :-).  Right now it’s time for a break.  Thanks again to those of you who had my kids in class.  I appreciate the great foundation I get to build on.

    Dear Brenda,

If you could just tell me one thing that really stood out at the convention - what would that be?

I finally got a testudo card!! Yahoo!! Since I wasn’t in Rodger’s class I guess I had to leave to get one. Anyway, I loved it!! One thing though Rodger, with a name like Ginger, I was a bit disappointed with the rhyme. :) You know it could have gone, I know a teacher named Ginger, Her name reminds me of a spice. Thoughts of this silly friend may linger, because she was kind of nice. I don’t know, that’s just an idea - Just kidding!!!! Ha! I love to see you guys laugh!

I came in today to finish getting all of my things. It was such a strange feeling to give Jim my keys, and think I won’t be coming back here, I can’t get in the door. And so, I walked sadly, and yes, tearily to the back door, praying for God to tell us all what direction to go in. I miss you all already!! Thanks for all of your prayers over the years. We know he answers prayers, don’t we? May God hold you all in the palm of his hand until we meet again, God willing, on this earth atleast. Sending love and prayers to everyone in Jesus name. Ginger

    Dear Ginger,

Cute ryhme — I should have thought of that, but I must admit I’ve been out of practice. This year I did Bible verses for the kid’s birthdays.
